The idea of improving the employee experience within an organization is a relatively new concept and one that is just now gaining traction. Our Client had spent three decades working within a global corporation transforming the company from the inside, out. Now was the time to take this innovative approach and share it with other companies.
The challenge, with any new business, was visualizing the new business concept with strong, recognizable branding that offers potential clients trust, knowledge and a promise for transformational change within their organization.
With any new branding campaign, we decided to start fresh with an in depth brand exploration workshop. These immersive sessions gave us the opportunity to hone in on the what, who, how, and why. Through research and exploration we concluded ‘Employee Crossing’ was an authoritative brand that presents an innovative approach to managing Enterprise Consumer experiences.
RDG was extremely helpful to me as I looked to get started with my company. Just starting out, I wanted to be smart on my investment, while still looking to start up in a very professional, well designed manner. The project was managed end-to-end very efficiently, bringing in the right expertise and skills depending on what needed to be done (logo, website, etc.). It was very collaborative, where I always felt I was in total control of my vision and where I wanted to take things…but relied heavily on their objective input and vast experience. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be using RDG more in the future.
